Summer is GO Time 2018

This summer 68 students from economically disadvantaged families will get to participate in up to 4 weeks of summer camps through Edina Community Education. Students are signed up for a wide variety of camps: 96 academic camps, 91 athletic camps, and 69 art camps. Your donations make this a summer of fun and learning for students. Kung Fu

Eight Edina students of varying ages got to participate in Kung Fu this school year with the help of Edina Give and Go. Kung Fu strengthens their minds and bodies, helps with balance, provides stress relief and discipline, and it’s a fun way to get some exercise after school.

Basketball Club

Sports Fees

Each year, we receive several requests for help paying fees for sports (fall baseball, winter baseball, and basketball). Student athletes from families with financial disadvantage want to play sports, but often the fees for registration and uniforms make it difficult to do so. Right here in Edina, some kids need a little help to join an athletic team. We recently received requests from three Edina students who made Edina Soccer Club traveling teams this fall, but who needed a little help paying the registration fees.
