South View Middle School Yearbook Scholarship Request

Do you remember the joy of getting your yearbook signed at the end of the school year? Imagine how it might feel to be one of the only students who doesn’t have one. Yearbooks are an expensive “extra” and as such, are something that several Edina students would not be able to purchase without the help of Edina Give and Go.

A group of students at South View Middle School has been hard at work all year creating a yearbook to commemorate the 2016-17 school year for their friends and classmates. They would love for every student who wants one to be able to purchase one. However, at $35 per yearbook, the cost is prohibitive for some families. The PTO raised enough donations to cover 12 yearbooks, but they received applications for 18 scholarships. Edina Give and Go has been asked to help with the last 6 scholarships, and we are more than happy to unlock this opportunity for middle school students. We want ALL of the students to have a chance to look back fondly on their middle school years!  Requests for help continue to come in, and we thank you for your part in making these purchases possible.
